PRE-ORDERS OPEN. FIRST DROP FROM OCTOBER 1.
Last updated: 14 September 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through problematic.lt. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
1. Seller
The PROBLEMATIC online store is operated by:
UAB VADERO
Company code: 305622728
VAT number: LT100013391410
Registered office: M. K. Čiurlionio g. 111-5, LT-66249 Druskininkai, Lithuania
Customer service email: shop@problematic.lt
Customer service is provided by email. We also communicate through the PROBLEMATIC social media account @problematic.lt. We do not provide customer support by telephone.
2. Products
We make reasonable efforts to display products, colours, prints, sizing and other characteristics accurately. Screen settings and photography may cause minor differences in colour or appearance. Product-specific information, available sizes and the applicable size guide are shown on the relevant product page.
Availability may change. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it until the order has been successfully placed.
3. Prices
All retail prices displayed on problematic.lt are in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. The price shown at checkout is the price payable for the order, subject to any correction required where an obvious technical or pricing error has occurred.
Delivery within Lithuania is free when using the delivery methods offered by PROBLEMATIC at checkout.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
To place an order, the customer selects the product and size, provides the information required for checkout, selects an available delivery and payment method, reviews the order and submits it using the final order button.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate order and delivery information. After the order is placed, an order confirmation is sent electronically. We may contact the customer by email if information is missing or clarification is required.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be confirmed, there is an obvious pricing or technical error, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.
5. Preorders
Some PROBLEMATIC products may be offered on a preorder basis. A preorder is an order placed before the relevant product is ready for dispatch.
The expected dispatch date or period will be shown on the product page, announcement bar, checkout information or other clearly visible store communication. For the first PROBLEMATIC drop, products identified as preorder items are planned to ship from 1 October 2026.
Preorder dates are expected dispatch dates and may be affected by production or logistics delays. If a material delay occurs, we will inform affected customers by email and provide information about the revised timing and any rights available under applicable law.
If an order contains both preorder and immediately available products, they may be shipped together when the preorder item becomes available unless the store expressly offers separate shipment.
6. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. The order is processed after payment has been successfully received or confirmed, depending on the selected payment method.
Where bank transfer is offered, the customer must include the order number in the payment reference. If payment is not received within the period stated at checkout or in the payment instructions, the order may be cancelled.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver within Lithuania using parcel lockers and/or courier services made available at checkout.
Standard delivery within Lithuania is free of charge.
For in-stock products, the applicable dispatch or delivery estimate is shown at checkout or in the order information. For preorder products, the preorder dispatch information applies.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with the customer, goods must be delivered within the period required by applicable consumer law. Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The customer must provide accurate delivery details and collect parcel-locker shipments within the carrier’s stated collection period. Additional costs caused by incorrect information, failure to collect a parcel, or a requested re-delivery may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
8. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal and Returns
A consumer purchasing online generally has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions established by applicable law.
For goods, the 14-day withdrawal period generally runs from the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of the decision to withdraw by sending a clear statement to shop@problematic.lt before the withdrawal period expires. The model withdrawal form included at the end of this document may be used but is not mandatory.
After notifying us of the withdrawal, the goods must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the notice of withdrawal was sent.
Return address:
PROBLEMATIC / UAB VADERO
M. K. Čiurlionio g. 111-235
Druskininkai, Lithuania
The customer bears the direct cost of returning goods unless we expressly agree otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
The customer may inspect the product as they would reasonably be able to inspect it in a physical store. The customer may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
For clothing returns, we recommend returning items clean, unworn except for reasonable fitting, unwashed and with any original product tags still attached where possible. This recommendation does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Please include the order number or other information enabling us to identify the order.
9. Refunds
When a valid withdrawal is exercised, we will refund the amounts required by applicable law without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or the customer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds are normally made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is expressly agreed and the customer does not incur additional fees.
Because standard delivery within Lithuania is currently free, there is normally no outbound standard delivery charge to refund.
10. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where an exception established by applicable law applies, including, where relevant, goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised for that customer.
A standard PROBLEMATIC preorder is not treated as personalised merely because it is ordered before production or dispatch; any statutory exception will be applied only where the legal conditions for that exception are met.
11. Defective or Incorrect Goods
The 14-day withdrawal right is separate from the customer’s statutory rights where goods are defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact shop@problematic.lt as soon as reasonably possible and provide the order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may be requested where they help us assess the problem.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer law.
12. Exchanges
If you require another size or product, contact shop@problematic.lt. Exchanges are subject to availability. Where a direct exchange cannot be offered, the customer may return an eligible product in accordance with the withdrawal rules and place a new order.
13. Intellectual Property
The PROBLEMATIC name, logos, prints, product designs, photographs, graphics, website design, text and other brand materials on problematic.lt are owned by or licensed to UAB VADERO unless stated otherwise. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
14. Website Use
Users must not misuse problematic.lt, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website operation, introduce malicious code, scrape content for unauthorised commercial use, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
We may temporarily suspend or modify website functionality for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
15. Liability
We are responsible for obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time of the contract or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights.
16. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Questions, complaints and claims concerning orders should first be sent to shop@problematic.lt. Please include your order number and enough information for us to assess the matter.
If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, the consumer may apply to the competent Lithuanian consumer protection authority, including the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, VVTAT), in accordance with applicable procedures.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without depriving consumers residing in another jurisdiction of any mandatory protections that apply to them under applicable law.
At launch, PROBLEMATIC offers the delivery options stated on problematic.lt. Any future international delivery will be subject to the terms and delivery information shown for the relevant destination.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version applicable to an order is the version made available to the customer when that order is placed, unless a change is required by law.
